Jeremy is the owner and founder of Jensen Design Build, LLC, a company specializing in new home construction and multifamily property development. With over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy has established a reputation for delivering high-quality projects that combine functionality, innovation, and craftsmanship. 

In addition to building homes and communities, Jeremy is deeply committed to his employees, clients, and rural community development. He believes in fostering growth, creating a lasting impact, and enhancing the quality of life in the areas he serves. Brittney is the Chief Operating Officer and Design & Marketing Specialist at Jensen Design Build. As a mother of two, her career is driven by the core values of hard work and dedication instilled in her by her parents. She transitioned from independent businesswoman to joining Jensen Design five years ago to exemplify the positive impact her skills and talents bring to the market industry. Brittney quickly advanced her position within the Jensen Design Build team due to her determination, extensive knowledge, and diverse skill set.

Brittney has played a vital role in various areas, including customer acquisition and the essential processes of design and marketing. Her strength lies in seamlessly integrating these disciplines, which has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and strong market reputation. She excels at transforming concepts into reality, overseeing projects from their initial stages to their final unveiling. Her commitment to creating compelling visuals and strong branding ensures that each project not only stands out but also resonates with potential homebuyers. With her enthusiasm and comprehensive expertise, Brittney is a key player at Jensen Design Build, continuously pushing the boundaries and delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Brittney Perry

Kim is the Administrative Systems Manager at Jensen Design Build. She joined Jensen around a year and a half ago and helps to support the team with day-to-day operations. Kim enjoys working alongside the people and projects, and within a positive environment that makes every day rewarding. 

Outside of work, Kim stays busy with her two children, her sophomore daughter, Skylar, and her kindergartener son, Sawyer. She also bowls and plays slow-pitch women’s softball to unwind and have fun with friends.

They were most accommodating with Zoom calls to show us options, share ideas and provide great suggestions. We are very pleased with the finished product and design.
