Homebuyer University is the event for you!

Homebuyer University was created by Jeremy Jensen as a way to educate potential homebuyers on what to expect throughout the home building process. This program is designed for everyone, whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to upgrade, looking to downsize, or anywhere in-between! Our free seminars are set up in a discussion format and will take you through the home buying process from start to finish.

Attendees will be advised on a variety of financing options, including various mortgage types and programs available based on individual situations. Details of the building process will also be discussed, from what to expect during construction to lot and location selection. Budgeting techniques will be covered to assist attendees in effectively managing their finances throughout the buying process.
